How can I inquire about renting the Casamina Flores Ballroom or Consuelo Courtyard?

What is included in my ballroom or courtyard rental?

Round tables, banquet chairs, podiums, drop down screen and dance floor are included in your rental. We also have complimentary Wi-Fi available in both the Casamina and Flores Ballroom.

Do you have meeting rooms?

Our spacious ballrooms are available for meetings.

Are bouncing houses allowed at FilCom?

Bouncing houses are not allowed, however we do allow soft play.

Can I schedule a tour of the Casamina or Flores Ballroom?

You can take a virtual tour of the Consuelo Courtyard and Casamina Flores Ballroom, use the Event Rentals tab. You can also call or make a request online for an in-person tour.

What is the capacity of Ballroom and Courtyard?

The Consuelo Courtyard has a capacity of 100 people. The Flores and Casamina Ballroom have a capacity of 190 people individually, combined The Casamina Flores Ballroom have a capacity of 380 people.

Can I bring Outside food for my event?

Outside food or beverages are not allowed, some exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
