FilCom Center Seeks New Executive Director
Are you ready to lead and make a meaningful impact in the largest and fastest-growing Filipino community in Hawaii? The Filipino Community Center (FilCom) is looking for an Executive Director to lead the administration of vibrant Waipahu-based gathering place.
As the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FilCom, overseeing a diverse array of responsibilities including fiscal management, fundraising, public relations, communications, strategic planning, program development, and more. Since its inception in 2002, FilCom has been a cornerstone of the Filipino community, providing social and educational services while proudly perpetuating Filipino culture throughout the state.
We are seeking dynamic candidates with a bachelorʻs degree and at least 10 years of management experience. Additional experience with fundraising, financial management, property management, marketing and events is preferred. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding, connection, and commitment to the local Filipino community.
