Position Summary
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facility while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue rental, facilities operations, comprehensive event management, strategic procurement, and cultivating strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing operational excellence with outstanding customer service, continuously optimizing processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
● Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in facility or operations management
● Proven track record of excellence in customer service
● Demonstrated experience in event management and coordination
● Strong vendor management expertise
● Proficiency with facility booking and management software systems
● Experience working with the community
